Unopened products

Unopened, unused items may be reviewed for return or exchange at the shop with proof of purchase, subject to product type and store approval.

Final sale items

Opened consumables, used smoke accessories, hemp products, vape products, and clearance items may be final sale unless there is a verified defect or applicable law requires otherwise.

Defective items

If something appears defective, contact or visit the shop as soon as possible with the item, packaging, and proof of purchase so the team can review available options.

ChillaBites online orders

Orders placed through ChillaBites are handled by ChillaBites policies and support channels, not the Chilla Smoke storefront return process.
